Audio Engineering
When I am not making music, I work as an audio engineer. I have over a decade’s experience across the gamut of amplified sound, having worked with touring artists, on studio recordings, in opera productions, and on art installations. My expertise is in live sound and engineering electroacoustic music, but I am adept at everything from mixing rock bands, wiring studios, configuring sound systems, and setting up on-site broadcast mixes to rigging stage productions, programming A/V systems and creating custom software or embedded solutions for projects with particular needs.In addition to live sound, I used to operate Real Surreal, a studio for mixing and mastering, alongside Bridget Ferrill and Salka Valsdóttir.
